Your future role as Senior Analyst, Private Equity and Infrastructure will offer you a diversity of responsibilities within a specialized team that values collaboration.

**Your role in detail**:

- Support the manager in managing a portion of the Private Equity and Infrastructure portfolio
- Monitor the market
- Carry out financial analysis of investment opportunities
- Prepare documentation relevant to the various investment approval processes
- Support the manager in the administrative process of acquiring new investments
- Work with various experts (lawyers, consultants, partners and other parties to transactions)
- Analyze changes in the financial situation of portfolio companies
- Participate in the development and use of various portfolio investment management tools.

**Profile required**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Master's degree (asset)
- CFA exam registration (an asset)
- 0 to 2 years related experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment (particularly Excel)
- Experience in the Private Equity or Infrastructure sector (asset)
- Excellent oral and written French and English language skills, due to frequent interaction with English and French-speaking customers and internal colleagues/partners worldwide
