**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a student to join our team In Mississauga, for the summer, in a warehouse operator role.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Under direct or close supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.
- Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**In order to be successful in this role you will need the following**:
**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:

- Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program (College or University)This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

**Experience**:

- Minimal experience required.
- Ability to read and sort parts.
- Computer savvy.
- Physically fit-able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Warehouse experience is an asset.

**About the role**:

- Union environment
- Working hours are Monday-Friday and **are flexible (** 7am-330pm,8am-430pm or 9am-530pm)
- The position is to start early June 2025 until the end of summer.
