We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Analyst to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Corporate Strategy Analyst is responsible to support the Company’s strategic direction and manage activities related to the Company’s growth strategy and planning and works closely with the Corporate Development team. They foster and build relationships with key stakeholders and are a credible partner across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Business Strategy, other highlights include:
- Perform industry market research and analysis, developing views on sector, segment, and companies of strategic interest to ISC.- Work collaboratively with a variety of business segment experts to obtain knowledge and understanding of the business, as well as utilizing public data sources whenever possible.- Provide support in managing and supporting pipeline of M&A opportunities.- In partnership and collaboration with the business line leaders, identify and prioritize product and service improvement opportunities and provide a comprehensive assessment for new opportunities or expanding the business.- Provide support for growth plans and annual business plans, monitoring key performance metrics to identify gaps or highlight areas of concern.- Report findings to leadership using a variety of tools and utilize the data to influence short and long-term strategic decisions.- Assist in the strategic development, assessment, preparation of business cases and due diligence functions of M&A transactions or new business opportunities.

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytics.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.- Aptitude for problem-solving and dissecting complex issues.- Strong financial acumen and project management skills, with the ability to comprehend high-level challenges and break them down into actionable details.- Competence in data analysis for decision-making.
