**Server Assistant** Boiling Point is a growing Taiwanese Hot Soup specialty restaurant with locations in the US, Canada, and China. We believe in ensuring that every customer receives the best quality food and the most authentic Taiwanese food dining experience possible. **Purpose/ Summary**: To serve and provide exceptional service and hospitality to every customer in the restaurant while participating in team work ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. Server assistants are responsible for assisting both the front of the house and back of the house staff with needs as requested to satisfy customer and store requirements. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Ensuring cleanliness in dining area including but not limited to removing dishes from tables and taking them to the kitchen for cleaning, refilling sauces, and cleaning sauce containers as needed - Set up tables in preparation for the next customer - Assist in preparation of food items in the kitchen as needed - Will also be responsible for general housekeeping duties of the restrooms - Stock service areas with supplies - Maintain personal health and sanitation standards - Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines - Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct **Minimum Qualifications**: - 1 year of food retail experience in a fast paced environment, specifically as a busboy or food runner - Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills - Able to multitask and work in a team environment - Must be able to work flexible schedules - High School diploma preferred **Physical demands**: - Ability to continuously stand or walk - Ability to bend and lift frequently - Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently and 50lbs occasionally - Ability to squat occasionally **Work environment**: - Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment - May encounter temperatures ranging from 32 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment - May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces - Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud Brand: Boiling Point Address: #130-4800 No.3 Road Richmond, BC - V6X3A6 Property Description: RI - Richmond Property Number: RI
