**What You'll Do as the Sales Representative**:

- Use technology to improve customer experiences
- Connect with customers
- Grow the customer base using provided leads
- Work with customers face-to-face to address their needs and offer solutions
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on product offerings and discuss available choices
- Understand customer needs and provide product details
- Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving consistent sales targets

**What You Bring to the Team**:

- 1-2 years of Sales-Support/Hospitality/Customer Service experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in English.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
- Sales, Sales Advisor, Sales Associate, BDR, Business Development Representative, Telus Rep_
