**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete roofing tasks efficiently.
- Assist in the construction of structures, including framing and carpentry work.
- Read blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction or maintenance person roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in roofing and construction tasks.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for project execution.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $17.75-$39.68 per hour
