**In this role you will be**:
- Exterior paint exterior painting of homes, townhomes, apartments, barns, and light industrial buildings
- Providing leadership and empowerment to up-and-coming painters
- Utilizing Batz ladders, man-lifts, and spraying equipment

**Experience required**:
- A Minimum of 1-3 years painting experience spraying exteriors
- Must have brush, roll, sprayer and preparation experience
- Must have the ability to work alone or with a team
- Must be able to work safely on ladders, lifts and proper use of PPE equipment where required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be available to work full work weeks and weekends when busy
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work off ladders and man-lifts
- Keep a neat appearance and be well-groomed
- Proficient in English
- Have a good work attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
