CCR Detailing is a growing and respected car detailing company that prides itself on delivering top-tier vehicle care services. We are looking for a skilled Automotive Detailer with expertise in Paint Corrections to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Paint Corrections**:

- Assess vehicle paint conditions and recommend appropriate correction methods.
- Perform paint correction techniques such as polishing, buffing, and swirl mark removal to achieve a flawless finish.
- Use advanced tools and techniques to restore and enhance paintwork.
- **Detailing Services**:

- Provide high-quality interior and exterior detailing to meet customer expectations.
- Meticulously clean, polish, and protect various surfaces like glass, leather, plastic, and metal.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer needs and offer recommendations for the best detailing services.
- Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with our work.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Maintain and clean detailing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Report any equipment issues and assist with coordinating repairs or replacements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in automotive detailing with a focus on paint corrections.
- **Expertise**:

- Proficient in advanced paint correction techniques.
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Exceptional eye for detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain detailing processes and product benefits to customers.
