- **Main Responsibilities**_
- The role will require project management know-how, stakeholder management, change management, and transformation skills. Expertise with complex multi-vendor integration or multiple team members projects is mandatory.
- Accountable for guiding a large multi-vendor automation project
- Accountable for planning design through delivery and stabilization for the project with input from the business, IT, and the vendors. This includes:

- Establishing the cadence for design workshops required
- Identifying key stakeholders that sign-off on design
- Identifying the various working committees required to support the project
- Establishing and chairing a technical Steering Committee
- Establishing a cadence for key design decision review
- Establishing and aligning the vendors on common delivery milestones and scope
- Aligning Quality on the scope of ST, SIT, PT, RT, UAT etc.
- Accountable for establishing the project technical software KPIs for delivery and presenting the progress, issues, and risk to the stakeholders
- Accountable for IT delivery strategy, and business engagement
- Accountable for the management of change requests related to software scope, budget, and resources
- Regular coordination and accountability to ensure that all of the partners are technically software aligned
- Arbitrating conflict between partners or otherwise for software issues
- The central point of contact between the customer and partners for IT technical items related to warehouse automation within the project
- 1 year contract with opportunity for a permanent position later or from the get-go a permanent position.
- **Qualifications**_
- 10+ years total experience of which 5+ years of experience with complex Software development projects, multi-vendor/partner/teams projects that have a deep technical component
- Ability to understand and digest the IT solution details and understand how those translate to a delivery schedule and associated risks
- Good knowledge of communications between different industrial equipment such as PLCs, robots, sensors, MES, SCADA, etc.
- Strong experience with Agile project delivery methodologies, databases, and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) framework
- Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS deployment
- Proficient with SQL queries and API development.
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards
- Familiar with software integration patterns and practices for systems integration
- Familiar / Knowledge with Supply Chain warehouse operations would be an asset

- French and English strong communication skills. With Mandarin as an additional language an asset.
