**Geoscape Contracting**is a pioneer in the green industry specializing in landscape construction for many large commercial and urban developers, with projects spanning across the GTA. We dedicate ourselves to all aspects of commercial landscaping, including but not limited to; softscaping, hardscaping, grading, retaining walls, plant installation, sodding, terraseeding, park construction and trucking.

**Blower Truck Driver**

Duties & Responsibilities:
Geoscape Contracting is currently seeking a driver/operator for a specialty Blower Truck. The position involves a few hours of driving each day, with the majority of the day working on site operating the Blower Truck.
- Maintains safety as being the number 1 priority in all daily activities;
- Drive and operate Blower Truck;
- Performs mandatory by-law truck inspections and fills out log book each day;
- Maintains accurate records and logs;
- Performs vehicle inspections and preventative daily maintenance before, during and after trips - this also includes greasing the truck once a week;
- Keeps the interior and exterior of the cab clean;
- Maintains a level of professionalism on job sites;
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Assist blower truck and hydroseeding crews to set up and installation of our products
- Clean up and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all times;
- Demonstrates critical thinking and aptitude to problem solve;
- Perform all other activities at construction sites as directed

Job Requirements:

- DZ License required
- Must be able to drive Manual
- Ability to follow instructions & be trained
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, labour-intensive environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs without strain
- Punctual and willingness to work long hours and some Saturdays
- Some construction experience an asset

The work sites are generally in the greater Toronto area and include landscape, development and construction projects.
