**Job Overview**
Dental Receptionist / Assistant:
Accountabilities will include scheduling and confirming appointments, answering and placing phone calls, maintaining accounts and records, managing and organizing referrals, assisting patients in completing intake forms, submitting dental claims and estimates and answering patient questions.
In addition to reception, this role will be responsible for taking dental x-rays (HARP certified) and sterilization, adhering to IPAC guidelines.
Hours: Mon/Wed/Thurs 8am-5pm; Tues 8am-6pm; occasional Friday mornings.
Dental reception/assisting experience and knowledge of Abeldent software is an asset.
Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
Work Location: In person
