We are seeking energetic individuals to join our waitstaff.

**Duties**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon entrance to restaurant
- Guide guests through menu items, and provide information, selections, and suggestions for a complete food and beverage guest experience
- Highlight restaurant specials and promotional items that provide a full representation of the offerings available for breakfast and lunch
- Collaborate and coordinate with other restaurant servers and cooks
- Clean and clear restaurant tables quickly and thoroughly
- Address complaints or guest issues positively and efficiently
- Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs including providing refills and quickly processing payments

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 Year serving experience
- Fluent English
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese are assets
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties (processing credit cards and making change)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Willingness to learn about products and procedures
- Attentive to cleanliness and safety
- Able to follow specific instructions and adapt to new service standards
- Able to collaborate with all staff
- Able to work well with others under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
