**Role and Responsibilities**

Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them and build & configure solution working with development team Bring in strong business process knowledge on OTC processes and integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, WM etc. Build global O2C template and proposes process improvement plans Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments. Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development team adoption of Agile methodology Ensure effective communication to all stake holders from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective

**MUST HAVE**

Completed university degree Minimum 10+ years of SAP Experience SAP SD Conversant with ATP, SAP Fiori apps, Workflows Strong and proven understanding of SAP landscapes and terms, including management of change and management of a parallel/dual SAP landscape Minimum 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience with expertise in

**NICE TO HAVE**

ECC to S/4HANA Conversion experience Worked extensively with Customer in driving Testing, Cutover Activities Domain experience in aero/process manufacturing industry.
