**King Valley Golf Club is Hiring**

The Facility Assistant is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the building’s appearance/presentation, concentrating on the day-to-day cleanliness of all washrooms and common areas, and bringing any building deficiency to the manager’s attention promptly.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out opening/closing procedures of the Clubhouse and ensuring the alarm is turned off/on.
- Maintain locker rooms, washrooms, toilets and sinks on a daily basis.
- Restock washrooms and locker rooms with all necessary supplies.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors in meeting and banquet rooms.
- Perform daily tasks such as cleaning windows, stairwells, and walkways.
- Assist with set up and tear down for events as required (some lifting and use of hand trucks).
- Clean all on-course washrooms (Requires operating a golf cart
- training provided).
- Empty garbage from various areas around the club.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A self-motivated worker that will occasionally work unsupervised.
- Previous experience cleaning and basic repair considered an asset but not required.
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC system, plumbing, and electrical considered an asset but not required.
- Available and flexible to work various shifts.

**This is a Seasonal Position.
