**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple fabrication and welding projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with customers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure design feasibility and efficiency
- Monitor job progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
- Source and manage subcontractors, vendors, and materials as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fabrication/welding or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, metal types, and fabrication practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., AutoCad, Excel, or similar)
- PMP certification or similar credential is a plus
- OSHA safety training or familiarity with shop safety standards preferred

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
