**About us**:
RJMwealth is seeking a full-time mutual fund processor to join our Mississauga office and team.

RJMwealth is a management owned and operated financial planning organization. We're based in Port Credit, Mississauga. Since 1996 RJMwealth has been specializing in investment management and tax minimization for individuals and small businesses.

We're looking to expand our team as we continue to grow.

**Qualifications, Required experience, and Skills**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field of study
- Completion of industry related courses is an asset (IFIC or CSC)
- Experience or familiarity with Fund Serve or equivalent multi-client mutual fund platforms or software is an asset
- Strong working knowledge and experience in the financial services industry, specifically mutual fund and segregated fund processing/administration.
- Working knowledge of mutual fund and segregated fund compliance is an asset
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Experience and demonstrated ability in managing sensitive and confidential information
- Highly developed organization and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft programs including but not limited to; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Applicants must be completely fluent in the English language, both oral and written and demonstrate excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of our transaction processing team, you will be responsible for the following.
- Preparing and updating compliance related documents
- Preparing, processing, and following up on mutual/segregated fund trades and transfer requests
- Maintaining organized client files
- Maintaining a good rapport with clients
- Scanning and filing of client documents
- Tax return data entry (seasonal)
- Other related tasks

Our office is conveniently located minutes from the GO Transit station in Port Credit. We also have on-site staff parking.

**Job Type**:
This is a full-time 40 hour per week role. Additional/overtime hours may be available

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
