Prolium is the leader in above ground storage tank maintenance in Canada. When it comes to storage tanks, we do it all from minor repairs and modifications to major tank upgrades. We are currently seeking Tank Labourers who are located in the Edmonton area and are willing to work throughout Western Canada.

**Duties**
- Working with tradesmen to complete their tasks safely, accurately and on time
- Participate in all daily toolboxes and safety meetings
- Use of various tools and equipment under supervision (grinders, hydraulic jacks, etc.)
- General work with steel (grinding, oxy-acet use etc.)
- Civil work involving framing and concrete pouring / finishing
- Operating equipment under supervision (i.e., telehandler, skid-steer, AWP, etc.)
- Be part of the rescue team in case of emergencies
- You may be requested to act as a Confined Space Attendant
- Assembly of tank components under supervision
- Driving a company vehicle (if approved)
- Safely operating powered equipment (compressors, generators etc.) under supervision
- Picking up tools and equipment from suppliers or rental shops off site
- This position can be physically demanding
- The work may require you to enter Confined Spaces and/or Work at Heights
- Other general labourer duties as required

**Safety Certification Requirements: (safety certification and training can be provided to successful applicants)**
- H2S alive or awareness
- Confined space entry and monitor/or rescue
- CSTS 2020/WHMIS 2015
- Common safety orientation
- Fall protection
- Standard first aid
- Class 5 drivers license
- CSA Steel toed boots required. All other PPE is provided.

**Job details and keys to success**
- Punctual attendance is a requirement
- Strong Communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug & Alcohol Test
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Must provide proof of completion of all required safety certifications
- Bring a positive, ‘can-do’, ‘safety first’ attitude every day
- Participate with the team to build and maintain a productive and safe work environment.
