**Your role is important**:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service. Responsible for careful loading and unloading of vehicles and working with other departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Deliver products to clients in a courteous and friendly manner
- Locate and pick product and materials as per order, use computer information or paper documentation to build order to completion, tag/label and prepare orders for deliver, ensure all documentation is complete and filed
- Examine the condition of the merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, examine the condition of the merchandise with the customer and have customer sign-off on delivery
- Organize daily pick-up of customer cores, returns and warranties without disrupting delivery
- Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensures proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns and warranties while complying with customer service delivery strategies
- Ensure vehicles and other equipment is in good working condition, complete all pre-start up and maintenance checklists to immediately communicate mechanical/maintenance issues to supervisor
- Accurately completes vehicle/driving logs
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the Maslack/Uni-Select brand with professionalism
- Provide assistance in responding to warehouse inquiries as required/requested; liaises with warehouse and counter staff to assist in identification, communication, and correction of warehouse errors
- General housekeeping duties related to the cleanliness of the store; including but not limited to sweeping/mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and taking care of the external grounds as required
- Other duties as assigned

- Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday to Friday

**Essential qualifications**:

- Valid “G” Class driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Ability to organize, take initiative and multi-task
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of auto-parts considered and asset
