**How You’ll Make a Difference**
The **Associate Litigation Lawyer** will be working on all steps taken throughout a personal injury claim and will be responsible for a wide range of legal work; including monitoring limitation deadlines, attending at Questionings, Judicial Dispute Resolutions, Court proceedings, completing legal research, and drafting various legal documents. A key function of this role is to provide the highest level of client service and work with the rest of our team to achieve the best possible result for every client - we want to deliver unforgettable client experiences and be known for our commitment to incredible service.
**Who You Are**:

- Are known for a positive and helpful attitude and excellent people skills
- Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

- Are enthusiastic about office culture, and can easily build strong relationships internally and handle sensitive situations that require empathy, tact, and confidentiality
- Pride yourself on exceptional time management skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Have a J.D. or LL.B from a recognized Canadian or international institution
- Have 5-10+ years applicable legal experience
- Are an active member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
