**Summary**

We’re hiring a Construction Administration Support professional to assist with the smooth execution of architectural projects through the construction phase. You’ll work closely with our internal team, consultants, and general contractors to ensure timely communication, documentation, and follow-through on site-related tasks.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on during construction, has strong attention to detail, and excels in fast-paced environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Attend weekly OAC meetings and project calls, representing K Paul Architect Inc.
- Conduct field reviews and site visits; prepare and distribute detailed field reports
- Manage RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and submittals, including forwarding to and following up with consultants
- Liaise with General Contractors, consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical), and internal teams
- Coordinate consultant inspections and assist with gathering final project close-out documents
- Track construction issues and communicate design updates or corrections
- Utilize platforms such as Procore when required by the GC

**Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience in construction administration, architecture, or related field
- Background in retail, commercial, or large-format construction preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with construction drawings and documentation processes
- Experience with Procore or other construction management software is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for site visits
