**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking labourer to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated contracting company that specializes in snow removal and property maintenance. We are currently in search of an individual to join us with our upcoming spring/summer jobs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various projects.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Ability and stamina to walk for long periods of time.

**Current Construction Period in Detail**
**- We are transitioning from snow removal to parking lot sweeping and lawn maintenance.**

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
