The Masking Operator works under the close supervision of the team leader or supervisor. Performs various tasks related to the previous and subsequent stages of painting done by the painter, the painter-balancer and the painter. Works from lists of operations, visual aids or detailed verbal or written instructions using simple manual tools including an air distributor and occasionally a microscope and balance.

**As **a Masking Operator, **your day-to-day responsibilities include**:

- Using simple hand tools, install parts such as filters, annunciators, heat shields, or the like on the assembly parts of the industry;
- Mask and unmask the aluminum and acrylic parts according to specifications or drawings for the paint shop (painters, painter-balancers and robot-painter);
- Prepares equipment for balancing such as assembling light plates, pads, push buttons, filters;
- Brush paint retouching (base color) to eliminate light leakage;
- Occasionally installs wires and conducts brazing and connections as required;
- Notify their team leader or immediate supervisor of any current or potential production problems;
- Performs other normal tasks as assigned.

**To join our team, you must hold**:

- High School Diploma;
- Minimum of three (3) months of relevant experience;
- Know how to use spray equipment;
