**Summary**:
This role is responsible for activities supporting multiple processing plants and/or product lines. Operates as a liaison between field department and production to produce highest quality of finished product with the available raw product. Manages and complies raw product data, oversees direct and storage delivery plans for raw product. Coordinates delivery and transportation schedules with interaction between field personnel, transportation, loading, production and grower. Oversees raw product inspection for grower payment and to assures finished product objectives are met. Directly supervises the independent third-party entity grading raw product for grower payment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensures that records and raw product data are maintained and reported in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensures a sound, professional relationship is maintained with growers, multiple plant production personnel and field representatives.
- Ensure that the interface with other support groups is conducted in a manner that is conducive with operational goals.
- Ensure that Company policies, procedures, and Union contracts are administered in a fair and consistent manner.
- Directs and coordinates the use and scheduling of raw product to meet quality, cost, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supports multiple plants and/or product lines.
- Monitors raw inspection for accuracy in grower payment and improve knowledge of raw quality to ensure production success.

**Typical Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university**Relevant Experience**:

- 3+ years related experience and/or training**Required Certifications**:
