SYSADVANCE North America Technologies Inc. is an innovation driven company, specializing in gas separation technologies, producing state-of-the-art products and systems. We are looking for a responsible Field Operations Specialist to safely commission and service our PSA systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. You will be detail oriented, self motivated, take initiative, and be very organized. Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during site activities, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others

Conduct commissioning and start-up activities for biogas plants, including installation verification, performance optimization, system testing, and operator training.

Conduct service of existing customer plants, in order to maintain maximum plant availability

Collaborate with product engineers and site personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the commissioning phase.

Provide remote support to other Field Operations Specialists and Plant Operators

Prepare and submit regular site reports, to keep all stakeholders informed.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed on-site, including changes to equipment.

Up to 75% travel within NA, with some international travel.

Devote their whole time and attention to the discharge of their duties.

Promote, develop, and extend the business of the company. Aim to exceed the performance targets agreed with the company.

Other duties as assigned by the Field Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:
Engineering Degree or Technologist Diploma from an accredited North American University/College

5-10 years of industry experience Field experience working on similar equipment

Experience in the biogas, gas processing, or gas compression industries

Instrumentation, Controls, and Electrical experience

Familiarity with engineering documents, such as P&ID’s, GA’s, PFD’s, Single Line Diagrams, and Equipment Datasheets.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficiency in Portuguese is an asset.
