We are currently seeking a dedicated **Houseperson**to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our public areas, exteriors, and guestrooms are impeccably clean and welcoming, contributing to an outstanding guest experience.

The **Houseperson** will provide support to all departments, reporting to the Executive Housekeeper. They will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas, all exteriors, and assisting with front desk guest requests, room attendant cleaning, housekeeping tasks, banquet set-up/clean-up, and maintenance duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Public Area Maintenance**: Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and conference spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
- **Exterior Cleanliness**: Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's exterior areas, including entrances, walkways, and parking lots.
- **Room Attendant Support**: Assist room attendants with cleaning guestrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- **Departmental Support**: Provide support to all hotel departments as needed, particularly assisting the Executive Housekeeper with various tasks.
- **Guest Assistance**: Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and readily available.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Follow all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding cleanliness, safety, and guest service.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and other team members to ensure a seamless operation and exceptional guest experience.

Your Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of room attendant cleaning procedures and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
