**Key Responsibilities**

As a Taproom and Brewery Server, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming guests to the taproom and brewery, providing them with information about our beer offerings, and helping them make informed choices based on their preferences.
- Taking and delivering drink and food orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
- Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere by engaging with guests, answering their questions, and offering insights about our brewery and beers.
- Sharing insights into our brewing process, ingredients, and the story behind our brand (don’t worry, we’ll teach you).
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the taproom, ensuring a comfortable and visually appealing environment for all guests.
- Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Collaborating with the team to assist in opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and contributing to a smooth operation.

**Qualifications**
- A genuine passion for craft beer and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to engage with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of beer styles, brewing processes, and the ability to describe and recommend beer selections.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the taproom operation.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or the food and beverage industry is a plus.
