**Start by building your own team to open the new Holiday Inn Express in Courtenay, located in the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, a growing and exciting place to live and work and play.**

**What we need from you**

**Experience in front desk operations, commitment to your team, hands on, servant leadership. A telent for managing teams, revenue development and cost management. Proven experience in driving results is a must. IHG experience is preferred. A willingness to work the front desk when needed, as well as assist in sales operations is a must.
