We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our team as a Lot Attendant. This is **Full-Time**, **Regular** position at our Freight department in **Abbotsford**. The hourly rate is between $21 and $25 depending on work background and experience.

The **Lot attendant** is responsible for preparing and organizing the deliveries of sold units to multiple Fraserway RV locations across Canada.

***Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assist with preparing unit for delivery
- Loading and unloading of campers
- Move (Drive all units; Motorhomes, Trailers, Campers) and ensure the lot is organized, safe and efficient lot at all times
- Assist with the flow of RVs in and out of the shop.
- Assist with required paperwork/documentation
- Assist with staging the sold units and coordinating the paperwork for cross-border or regional deliveries (ongoing communication with the service and reconditioning departments)
- Demonstrate and deliver sold units to customers
- Arrange convoys with other dealership locations
- Unit placement on lot
- Unit check ins
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor

**Qualifications required for the Job are**:

- Mechanically inclined
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and versatile to adjust to changing day to day requirements
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong administrative skills and ability to accurately prepare relevant documentation
