**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in commercial cleaning techniques and custodial experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various cleaning tasks.

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour
