We are hiring Hybrid Call Center Agents to support a client in the financial sector. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to see you apply

Compensation starting at $17.50/hour.

What You'll Do:- Provide outstanding customer service by listening, understanding needs, and resolving issues.- Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.- Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.

What We're Looking For:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required. Call center experience is preferred.- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve customer concerns.-
- Schedule Flexibility: Available for shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday- Hybrid Work Setup: First 30 days of training will be onsite at our Barrie office. After training, a minimum of 2 days per week onsite is required.
