Hamont is a new company that has been growing exponentially and is currently in a high demand from multiple customers in the GTA and the Ottawa region. The growth is contributed to the owners ability to create relationships with potential customers and our current employees truly enjoying coming to work and putting in a fair day. The responsibilities of a apprentice electrician are the same throughout the industry. If you are confident in yourself, show up to work on time and with a positive attitude, you will succeed anywhere you go. Listing required attributes/skills here like every other company but never following up with each required skill is a waste your time and ours. While not absolutely required, what we have learned is that experience with team sports is an asset to us as at Hamont as we are building a team, not looking for a group of individuals.

At Hamont, providing the expected service to customers, getting the work done safely and efficiently is all that is expected. If you do the above well, you will have left the project with a happy customer, which will in turn create referrals for Hamont, making Hamont more profitable which will give us the ability to treat all employees how they deserve. Employee success is our only focus

Our current projects are mostly lighting upgrades/controls and EV Installations. As we grow, we will expand to other types of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
