Purpose: To prepare and cook food as instructed by Food Services Manager in accordance with defined standards and quality.

A minimum of 1-3 years food handling/preparation experience. A working knowledge of banquet/buffet cooking. Valid food handling certificate. Clean, organized and punctual. Basic understanding of care and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment. Online experience with international food suppliers. Some scratch baking knowledge an asset. Ability to work as a team or independently.

Complete ability to communicate with co-workers and residents in a professional manner.

Must provide a current police record and vulnerable sector check.

Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.

Mask policy in place.

NOTE: We have 2 full time positions and 1 part time position to fill. Full time positions come with benefits after a predetermined time.
