**Requirements**:

- Bilingualism (Spoken and written French/English)
- Organization, efficiency, and multitasking
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Flexible work hours (including the possibility of nights and weekends during certain high-volume periods)

Prior experience in the Fraud or Loss Prevention sector is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting stores with all Loss Prevention Programs
- Manage exception reports and cash variances in stores to detect any internal activity
- Assist high-shrink stores with inventory preparations
- Direct inbound calls and provide professional service to stores and customers
- Monitor compliance with store policies and procedures
- Supervise routine tasks (such as reviewing and analyzing exception reports, data collections, queries, etc. in accordance with the framework agreements)
- Be responsible fordetecting and mitigating omnichannel fraud risks
- Develop and maintain an understanding of financial fraud procedures, frameworks, and techniques to assist the department in identifying potential fraud trends to reduce and minimize financial losses

**Responsabilités**:

- Assister les magasins dans tous les programmes de Prévention des Pertes
- Gérer les rapports d'exception et les variances de liquidités dans les magasins afin de détecter toute activité interne
- Aider les magasins à forte démarque avec la préparation de l'inventaire
- Diriger les appels entrants et fournir un service professionnel aux magasins et aux clients
- Veiller à la conformité aux politiques et procédures du magasin
- Superviser les tâches de routine (telles que la révision et analyse des rapports d’exception, collectes de données, requêtes, etc., selon les accords-cadres)
- Être responsable de la détection et de l’atténuation des risques de fraude omnicanal
- Développer et maintenir une compréhension des procédures, structures et techniques de fraude financière afin d'aider le département à identifier les tendances potentielles de fraude pour réduire et minimiser les pertes financières
