Service and repair of Commercial and industrial water pumps commonly used in pressure washing systems in shop.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform intake, diagnosis and repair/maintenance of machinery.
- Putting together build assembly orders
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, coworkers, and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain complete, timely documentation, including work orders, part orders
- Maintain shop tools and environment in a clean and organized manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Three years of experience in a mechanical field
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner is required
- Possesses a mechanical aptitude
- Collaborates willingly in a team environment
- Demonstrates professional integrity and confidentiality
- Goal-oriented, dedicated and proactive-thinking
