**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering, QA, and UX.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure alignment between project scope, timeline, and business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
- **Own and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows** to reflect sprint progress, story points, velocity, burndown, and backlog health.
- Develop and maintain **advanced Jira reports** for sprint tracking, release planning, team capacity, cycle time, and throughput metrics.
- Build and present **executive-level reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI)** to showcase project status, KPIs, trends, and predictive forecasts.
- Integrate reporting solutions across Jira, Confluence, and third-party BI platforms for end-to-end project visibility.
- Establish reporting standards and best practices for performance metrics, quality indicators, and delivery trends across Agile teams.
- Proactively monitor and communicate project performance, resource utilization, blockers, and risks to stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement in Agile delivery, sprint effectiveness, and reporting accuracy.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 10+ years of IT Project Management experience with a strong emphasis on Agile software delivery.
- Expert-level knowledge of **Jira**, including custom workflows, filters, dashboards, automation, and reporting plugins (e.g., **Jira Advanced Roadmaps, EazyBI, BigPicture**).
- Proven experience in **building and managing reporting frameworks using BI tools** such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and KPIs: velocity, sprint burndown, cumulative flow, lead/cycle time, defect leakage, and story point trends.
- Experience managing multiple remote Agile teams in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to convey complex project data in clear, concise reports and visualizations tailored to different audiences (executives, product, engineering).
- Preferred Certifications**:PMP**, **CSM**, **PMI-ACP**, **SAFe Agilist**, or equivalent.
