IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at IAG Collision Centre, Certified Aluminum repair center as a **Painter.**

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Here's What you'll deliver**:

- **Surface Preparation**:Prepare vehicle surfaces by removing trim, sanding, and masking areas that should not be painted.
- **Color Matching & Mixing**:Match and mix paint colors using computer-assisted systems.
- **Repair and Refinishing**:Make cosmetic repairs to vehicles, including dent removal and body work.
- **Quality Control**:Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- **Equipment Operation**:Safely and properly operate body shop equipment and tools.
- **Safety Compliance**:Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with safety regulations related to paint and hazardous materials.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used.
- **Inventory Management**:Assist in monitoring and adjusting inventory levels of paints, solvents, and other supplies.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other body shop personnel to complete vehicle repairs and prep work.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- **Mechanical Knowledge**:Understanding of automotive repair processes and vehicle components.
- **Attention to Detail**:Precise and meticulous work to achieve high-quality paint finishes.
- **Safety Awareness**:Knowledge of safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- **Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
- **Ten (10) years of experience**
