Wedding Coordinator

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and coordinate all wedding details, including venue setup, décor, and entertainment
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as florists, photographers, and entertainment providers to secure the best terms for clients
- Develop and manage event timelines to ensure smooth execution of each wedding
- Coordinate collaboratively with the Head Chef, Front House Manager, and Tournaments Manager
- Upsell additional enhancement services for client satisfaction and event experience
- Assist with Wedding marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients
- Manage on-site logistics during events, including guest management, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally before and during events
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and local regulations throughout the planning process and on the event day
- Assist with post-event follow-up to gather feedback and foster ongoing client relationships
- Work with Front House Manager and Head Chef to schedule servers or kitchen staff as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event planning or hospitality roles such as banquet management, catering coordination, restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors and clients to achieve favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships
- Excellent marketing skills with the ability to promote services effectively through various channels including social media platforms
- Demonstrated ability in upselling additional services or packages to increase revenue opportunities
- Outstanding communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, venues, and team members effectively
- Experience in budgeting and contract management to ensure financial goals are met without compromising quality
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies and guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in banquet and wedding operations
