**Your Team**:
Join Flair’s Stores team, where efficient warehouse support plays a crucial role in maintaining seamless maintenance operations. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting with a variety of warehouse tasks during periods of increased workload. This includes moving parts, organizing equipment, conducting inventory checks, and performing general housekeeping duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of Flair’s maintenance activities and support the logístical needs of the organization. You will also be required to safely perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and prolonged standing, while adhering to operational and safety standards.

This role is based on-site at our Calgary, AB (YYC) warehouse.

**A Day in the Life**:
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will:

- Assist in racking, locating, and organizing aviation parts, tools, and equipment across all inventory locations.
- Support the proper disposal of obsolete or non-required parts in accordance with company procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient warehouse layout, ensuring optimal space utilization and easy access to inventory.
- Help document and update spare part locations within inventory systems.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including stocktaking, cycle counts, and accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following established safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with all aviation-related regulations and warehouse guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Stores Supervisor.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- ** Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ** Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- ** Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, formulas, functions, sorting, filtering, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks, including bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- ** Requirements**:

- Clear criminal record check and satisfactory references.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without restriction.
- Driver's license is considered an asset.
