We are currently looking for Prepper and Spray Painter

This job would require approximately 30% prepping products for paint and 70% of the time Spray painting

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Remove surface contamination such as grease, deposits, scale, etc. prior to surface preparation
- Removal of paint is performed by mechanical means (sander and/or hand sanding)
- Mixing the coating liquids,
- Spraying each layer according to specifications.
- Cleaning spray cans, nozzles, and other spraying equipment after each spray job.
- Inspecting and assessing spray coatings after the paint has dried
- Experience with breathing masks and protective clothing.
- Ability to work with harsh chemicals.
- Ability to stand for long periods.

This is a full-time permanent position, 44 hours per week plus voluntary overtime opportunities, with full benefits after the 3-month probationary period.

Compensation to be determined based on experience.
