**Summary**

The Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Heaps Estrin Team by facilitating property readiness, managing logistics, and delivering client-focused services across multiple listings and appointments. This fast-paced, field-based position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on proactive service, time-sensitive execution, and being on the move. A real estate license or the intention to become licensed is preferred.

**On-the-Ground Listing Support**
- Open and close homes for showings and vendor appointments, following property readiness checklists to ensure a consistent and elevated presentation.
- Deliver and retrieve lockboxes, signage riders (e.g., “For Sale,” “Sold”), and solar lights, ensuring functionality and brand alignment. Share on-brand photos for agent social media.
- Support staging efforts by delivering florals, NFC cards, and marketing collateral to listings.
- Install and remove lockboxes while updating the access log in SISU and maintaining inventory with Front Desk.

**Client and Agent Support**
- Provide timely, hands-on support for agents, including pickup and delivery of deposit cheques, documents, and essential supplies.
- Offer access and oversight during vendor appointments (e.g., stagers, cleaners, trades), ensuring seamless coordination while maintaining Heaps Estrin's standards of professionalism.
- Deliver curated gifts or materials as part of the client care program.

**Event and Property Activation**
- Provide on-site support at open houses, brand events, and client functions, including set-up, signage, transportation of the Company Vehicle, and event tear-down.
- Report any deficiencies in marketing materials or property condition to the Director of Sales promptly.

**Service & Brand Stewardship**
- Maintain an up-to-date vendor list and be ready to recommend service partners aligned with our quality standards.
- Ensure all brand assets—from signage to property details—are impeccably presented, reinforcing Heaps Estrin’s premium service promise.
- Excellent time management, organizational and follow-through skills.
- Clear communicator who thrives in a team environment and demonstrates discretion and professionalism.
- Flexible and resourceful, with a strong service ethic and a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Applicants who reside within a 15‑minute commute of our office.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
