We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to growing their professional career at Corwest while gaining valuable knowledge and experience through a variety of assignments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in all aspects of the tendering process
- Producing and reviewing miscellaneous correspondence, reports, specifications, spreadsheets, and other documents, including background documents as required
- Prepares detailed firm, budget and unit price estimates for labour, materials, equipment, etc.
- Develops tender submissions and respond to post-tender inquires
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supporting business development initiatives including proposal/bid submission documentation and maintaining project list and contact list
- Various data entry tasks including schedule development and updates
- Assist in the maintenance of files of working documents as backup for estimate figures, including current information on prices from suppliers

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Engineering Graduation (up to 24 months of graduation)
- Knowledge of cost control, estimating and planning techniques is an asset
- Use of computer software: MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle is an asset
- Current knowledge of pipe, fittings, and flange standards and specifications is an asset
