**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Execute custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and supply needs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Lift heavy objects as required for cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during cleaning operations.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring client satisfaction.

Expected hours: 8 per week
