**Description d'emploi**:
We’re looking for a Manager of Global Category Sourcing to take the lead in crafting our global and regional category strategies for non-merchandise spend areas. This pivotal role involves providing direction and oversight in developing sourcing plans, setting targets, and achieving value-driven goals that align with business objectives and budgets. **What You’ll Do**:
- Crafts and executes Global Strategic Category Plans in collaboration with Regional and Global Business Partners.
- Provides leadership in the development, execution and alignment of sourcing strategies.
- Directs and/or executes the development and negotiation of complex agreements with Suppliers encompassing key programs, specifications and functional objectives.
- Utilizes networking within the organization to ensure sourcing and procurement opportunities are fully embedded within TJX.
**About You**:
- Minimum 8 to 12 years strategic sourcing, procurement or related experience including a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Proven complex analytical ability.
- Solid understanding of impact on business decisions.
- Proven record of delivering results.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship development skills when interacting with Associates, colleagues, leaders, Business Partners and Suppliers.

Salary Range: $108,696.00-$164,596.80 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
