**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately process sales, exchanges & refund transactions with efficient operation of the point of sales system, credit card terminals and handling multiple forms of tender with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service
- Positively engage with all customers in a respectful manner
- Maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- Answer telephone calls in a polite and respectful manner
- Answer customer inquiries and assist them in finding product and / or being connected with a sales associate
- Merchandise store in a clean and organized manner
- Identify creative ways to merchandise products in the store
- Track stock levels and report when stock is low
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and merchandise product accordingly

**Qualifications and Physical Requirements**
- Bilingualism is a strong asset
- Great customer service skills
- Retail experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Full body motion (including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle, lift and move items)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
