Refrigeration Technician

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Install new or replace existing commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Conduct inspections of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems and provide recommendations for improvements or replacements.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
**Skills**
- Journeyperson certificate in Refrigeration, or current apprenticeship status
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Mechanical experience is a plus, demonstrating hands-on technical abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$53.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
