Shipper/receiver

SUMMARY

Manages the daily movement of goods for Artaflex warehouse to ensure on time delivery.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Completes customs clearance forms; validates and approves paperwork relating to imports and exports

2. Takes ownership of all aspects of the portfolio, using critical, creative and innovative thought processes when looking for solutions to challenges.

3. Responsible for packing & shipping of goods.

4. Responsible for daily receiving activities

5. Supports senior management in implementing goals and operational activities of the department and that of the company through the Continuous Improvement Process, to continuously monitor the process and recommend and/or implement cost effective changes or reduction with a focus in the overall supplier’s strategy of Artaflex.

6. Undertaking other supply chain & warehousing related duties

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of two (2) years related experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience

EFFORT
- Sits and/or stands in defined workspaces for extended periods of time, with little physical effort in a warehouse environment.
