**WHAT WE ARE OFFERING**:

**COMPENSATION**:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from **35% - 43% collections and higher (depending on experience)**

**SCHEDULE**:
**8-32 hours per week**Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and 2 Saturdays a month**
- Flexible days depending on avalibiablity

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
- Registered or in processing of registering with the:

- British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia- New graduates welcome with mentorship provided
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
