**Production Team Member**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Retrieve bags of product from end of conveyor line and stack bags of product according to specifications and stack pattern provided
- Work in Suet Plant setting up equipment, stacking suet cakes and filling and stacking boxes
- Bundle bags as instructed and stack according to specifications and stack pattern provided
- Set up pallets and packaging for specific products to be stacked
- Assist operator in filling and sealing bags
- Complete all required paperwork including pallet tags, production reports, weight checks, and quality documents
- Report all food safety problems and/or quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate actions

**SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Actively participate in areas of continuous improvement and offer solutions to problems as required
- Ensure that all equipment is operating and any unsafe equipment or conditions are reported to the Workplace Health & Safety Committee or relevant authority
- Be willing and able to work and be trained in other positions elsewhere in the operation whenever required

**CONDITIONS**:

- Full time: 40 hours per week, Rotating Shift between Days/Afternoons, possibly nights, may be requested to work overtime
- Full benefits after 90 day probation period
- Position is physical
- May require working both outside and inside in warm or cold conditions
- Requires working in teams
- Plant contains peanuts, wheat, and other allergens
- Must have GED
- Must have reliable transportation to work
