Customer Service Associate - Secondary Marketplaces

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team player to join our growing eCommerce team as a **Customer Service Associate** focused on our secondary marketplaces, including platforms like Shopify, Target and Walmart. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a fantastic opportunity to grow with us

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries on our secondary marketplaces.
- Process order cancellations, returns, and handle other service-related tasks efficiently.
- Provide detailed product information and file postal carrier claims as necessary.
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve escalated customer issues, product concerns, and listing discrepancies.
- Monitor and address product feedback, A-Z claims, and chargeback claims.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
- Support management on special projects and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Perform general data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

- Positive, friendly attitude with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within an eCommerce environment.
- Familiarity or experience managing customer service tasks on platforms like Amazon Seller Central is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and internet navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Preferred (but not required):

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience supervising or working with virtual assistants for customer support.
- Bilingual capabilities (French or Spanish) would be an asset.

**Pay**: Negotiable based on experience.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
