Leduc Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full time Vehicle Detailer. Starting at $16/hour and advancing to flat rate/ piece work after the probation period. This is a great opportunity to make upwards of $25-$30/hour. This position is located at our dealership at 6102 46a St, Leduc, AB T9E 7A7

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Weekends & Holidays off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interior
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks.
- Check fuel level and warning lights: inspect windshield for damage
- Check fluid levels and add as needed; check tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring Detail department is clean, organized and fully stocked with supplies

**Skills Required**:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must provide a clean Drivers Abstract.
- Ability to operate Manual Transmissions/Vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work on a deadline
- Comfortable with operating detailing equipment
- Team-oriented; work well with others
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Trainable; enjoy a changing environment and continuous learning
- A passion for cars is an asset but not required
- Prior detail experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
